Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Richmond Statutory Consultancy Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on www.richmondstatutory.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

1. Who we are

Richmond Statutory Consultancy Limited. Company number: 17322515. Registered office: Onsite Lodge, Mansfield Road, Eastwood, United Kingdom, NG16 3AR. Website: www.richmondstatutory.co.uk. General enquiries: enquiries@richmondstatutory.co.uk. Data protection enquiries: privacy@richmondstatutory.co.uk.

2. Current website technology

Our website is built and hosted using Framer. At the date of this Cookie Policy, the website uses Framer hosting, Framer’s native form functionality and Framer’s built-in analytics. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, HubSpot tracking, behavioural advertising technology, remarketing pixels, or other third-party marketing or profiling technologies.

3. Framer Analytics

We currently use Framer Analytics to understand general website usage. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies, do not generate persistent visitor identifiers, do not track or store information that identifies individual visitors, and use anonymised website usage data. Framer Analytics may provide aggregated information such as page views, website traffic, pages visited, referring sources, device type, browser type, operating system, approximate country, link and button interactions, and form submission events. Because Framer’s built-in analytics do not rely on cookies or persistent identifiers, we do not currently use a cookie-consent banner solely for Framer Analytics.

4. Strictly necessary website functionality

Our website may use technical processes necessary to deliver website pages, maintain security, operate the Confidential Review form, process form submissions, prevent abuse and maintain basic website functionality. Where a cookie or similar technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by a visitor, consent may not be required under applicable law.

5. Confidential Review form

The Confidential Review form is provided using Framer’s native form functionality. The form is used to collect information voluntarily submitted by prospective clients. Information submitted through the form is governed by our Privacy Notice. We do not use Confidential Review form information for behavioural advertising or profiling. Visitors should not submit unnecessary highly sensitive documents through the initial public form.

6. Third-party marketing and tracking technologies

Richmond Statutory Consultancy Limited does not currently use third-party marketing, advertising, remarketing or behavioural tracking technologies. If we introduce technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, embedded third-party video services, marketing automation tools or other services that use non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will review our consent requirements before activating them. Where legally required, such technologies will not be activated until appropriate consent has been obtained.

7. Cookie consent

At present, our website does not use a cookie-consent banner because the only confirmed analytics service in use is Framer Analytics, which Framer states does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. If the technologies used on the website change and non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are introduced, we will update this Cookie Policy, introduce an appropriate consent mechanism where required, allow visitors to accept or reject non-essential technologies, and provide a way to change or withdraw consent where applicable.

8. Browser controls

You can manage cookies through your web browser. Most browsers allow you to view stored cookies, delete cookies, block cookies, block third-party cookies, clear cookies when the browser closes, and use private or incognito browsing. Disabling strictly necessary technologies may affect how some websites or services function.

9. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time where website functionality changes, new technologies are introduced, service providers change, or legal or regulatory requirements change. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
